Angel Face Rose really caught my eye. The rose itself looks like a blossom and I fell in Love.
I use to see this flower in a few gardens walking to primary school and the blossom petals have always wanted to paint.
I painted this rose in a blossom abstract form and used a touch of red to replace the thorn. Here is my interpretation of stunningly pretty deep lavender bloom and striking wavy petal formation.
